Refund policy

Eligibility

Full refunds are available when you cancel in writing at least 14 days before the cohort start date and no digital materials unique to that cohort have been released to you.

Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days after payment for unused seats, subject to the conditions below. Requests after a cohort ends are considered only for documented service failures on our side (for example, cancellation of the program without a suitable alternative date).

Full or partial refunds

Cancellations 7–13 days before start may receive a 50% refund. Cancellations inside 7 days are generally converted to a seat credit for a later cohort within 12 months rather than cash, unless required otherwise by law.

Non-refundable items

Third-party examination fees (if any), custom on-site facilitation travel already incurred, and completed private workshops are non-refundable. Template packs already downloaded under a personal license are non-refundable once delivered.

Refund process

Email contact@apibridge-tools.digital with your invoice number, cohort name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and outline the eligible amount.

Processing time and method

Approved cash refunds are returned via the original payment method when possible, typically within 14 business days after approval. Bank processing times may add several days.

Cancellation by APIBridge Tools

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to another date at no extra seat fee.

Exceptions

Medical or force-majeure situations may be reviewed individually with supporting documentation. Corporate bulk contracts may define alternate terms that supersede this page when explicitly signed.
